“This look would be perfect for brunch or any type of casual outing.” -Carrera

We would like to reintroduce everyone to this week’s featured guest, Carrera! About two years ago, we had a photo-shoot with Ashley P. Rivers, creator of Vintage Junkie. There, we met Carrera. As was one of the models that afternoon, she immediately caught our attention. So, we thought she was a perfect fit for an individual style feature.

Today, Carrera decided to stop by the blog to show off her school girl inspired look. She states, “I was going fora casual school girl look, with a little sexy.”

Rather than wearing neutral hues, Carrera decided to stick with cooler colors instead. Her royal blue cable-knit cardigan, powder blue button-up, and black shorts are giving us an early winter sneak peak.

Continuing with this theme, a pair of suede, knee-high boots were thrown into the mix. Worn with the right skirt or shorts,  you can forget about receiving a student of the month nomination. Better yet, don’t even bother going to class. This is a let’s meet up for brunch type of ensemble.

Sneakers: Jordans | Bag: Ralph Lauren

Remember back in the day when all the cool kids represented their respective colleges and universities through collegiate apparel? Well recently, there has been an influx popularity with collegiate sweatshirts and hoodies for the younger generation.

For this week’s individual style feature, our boy Collin decided to stop by UnregisteredStyle to show of his collegiate inspired look.

As a former student of the University of Pennsylvania, Collin represents his red and blue school colors proud. Today, he decided to wear his UPENN sweatshirt with his favorite distressed denim jeans.

From head to toe, Collin has put together a very classic look. The sweatshirt and jean pairing is giving us an old school frat boy feel, but with a modern twist. Remember, you can always update your look with fresh sneakers, especially a pair of Jordans.

With a matching duffle bag to go, Collin is ready to meet up with the boys for an early drink.

Casual: Joggers

Sneakers: Jordans | Glasses: Tom Ford |
Watch: Michael Kors

Remember that time you spent the last eight hours slaving away at work? We do! If you’re a workaholic like us, your body is ready to jump out of those work clothes and slide into something comfortable. When this scenario becomes a reality, your best option is to slip into a pair of joggers right away.

Created in a variety of colors and styles, joggers are like a mans best friend. For example, let’s take a look how our boy Marvin styled his recently purchased joggers in this weeks individual style feature.

Simplicity at it’s finest, Marvin decided to pair his grey joggers with a simple short sleeve tee.

Short sleeves in November? Just in case the short sleeves present a problem, you should consider wearing another layer. Simply grab a flannel or denim button-up, and you’re ready to take on the cold.

In regards to footwear, Marvin went some a pair of sneakers. Now, these are not your average sneakers, but a pair of 25th Anniversary edition Jordans.

Casual: Chunky Sweater

Heels: Steve Madden

“I enjoy keeping it simple at times… actually most of the time. It’s nice to see a growing trend to minimalism in a modern way.” -Julia

For the second time this week, we have another individual style feature on the blog. Today, our friend Julia has a chance to take a break from studying, and stop by UnregisteredStyle to show off her latest fall look.

Since this season is all about thick, clunky tops, Julia decided to keep it casual in her newly purchased chunky knit sweater. The sweater itself is very soft, and can be worn with either pants or a skirt. For Julia, she decided to wear her knitwear with a rolled up pair of denim jeans.

Now, let’s not forget about Julia’s stylish, strappy nude heels from Steve Madden. If you are into fashion like us, you understand th e importance of owning a pair of nude anything.

What’s the point? Well, they go with everything! In this particular case, they definitely look great with Julia’s contrasting jeans and knit sweater!

Overall, we love this look. It’s very casual, with a pinch of fun!

How do you feel about Julia’s attire? Feel free to share with us in the comments section below!
