Dashiki: Custom
Pants: H&M
Boots: ALDO

With our favorite time of the year vastly approaching, it’s finally about that time to start dressing a little warmer.

Here, newbie to the blog Kaseir, shows us how to keep warm in his long sleeve, pull over dashiki. While sporting a traditional African look, always remember to keep it simple.

For Kaseir, he paired his top with black chinos and brown chelsea boots. The great thing about the dashiki top is that you can wear them both formally or informally. The sky is the limit.

Skirt: Thrifted
Jacket: James Marie Boutique
Bodysuit: Victoria’s Secret
Boots: H&M

Without a doubt, leather is one of the most popular trends this season. There’s truly never been a better time to invest in a leather skirt.

Okay, so I have this leather skirt, but where do I start in terms of styling? Depending on your style, you can either dress up or down your skirt.

Take, for instance, the outfit shown above. Jade wore a backless bodysuit under her brown leather skirt. Bodysuits in general are very versatile, and can be worn with practically everything. That being said, we understand why Jade wore her bodysuit and skirt with a long denim jacket.

With seventy degree weather in October, all those post Labor Day rules are officially out the door. There are so many other weather appropriate options to chose from. So, don’t be afraid to bring out some of your favorite transitional pieces.

Take, for instance, the khaki suit worn by Adonis. Straight out of Banana Republic, the khaki suit can be styled in a hundred ways. In terms of styling, we always encourage our readers to try different color options. So, the light weight burgundy button-up is a good look for Adonis.

If you are looking for an alternative to the leather loafer, a pair of fresh white Adidas works every time! Remember, forget those post Labor Day rules! White sneakers are still in style!

Graphic Tee: STAYCOOL Brand
Jeans: Zara
Loafers: Duke and Dexter

Right now is the perfect time to get some wear out of all those graphic t-shirts hanging in your closet.

As one of the founding members of the STAYCOOL Brand, Rashad shows us how to dress up a graphic tee in style. It’s a soft cotton shirt, so naturally it looks great when worn with other light weight options. With that being said, the “STAYCOOL” red print tee is best worn with a pair of fitted jeans and loafers, as shown above.

Remember, black on black is a timeless look. So, don’t be afraid to add a few accessories! Rashad is completely decked out in a few wooden beads, arm bracelets, and of course, a watch.
