Hey readers! Here we have another awesome post from one of our favorite Jersey girls, Tannis Spencer. Even though she currently resides in the Big Apple, she stopped by to share with us one of her favorite summer looks.
Ms. Spencer  is photographed here in a sheer oversized t-shirt, white denim jeans and red Nike Air Maxes. We are loving this casual, feminine outfit! It’s very androgynous if you ask us.

Tannis explained where she received the inspiration for this look. She states, “I was going for something casual but with a pop of something that might make someone look twice. I was also traveling today so I still needed to be comfortable while stylish. I wanted to pair the bright shoes with something that wouldn’t clash and let the attention of the outfit go straight to them.”

“I’m always looking to challenge style rules and etiquette so I threw on an all white outfit for a Saturday in the park.” -Tannis

Challenge accepted Tannis! These shoes are super dope, and definitely risqué with such a feminine ensemble.

Tannis went on to talk about her favorite part of today’s look, “My favorite part of the outfit is the sheer shoulders of the oversized t-shirt. I originally bought the shirt with the intention of being able to wear it as a dress but it didn’t quite fit how I thought it would so I re-purposed it to be a more oversized t-shirt. I love the sheer shoulder detail because it takes what could be an ordinary t-shirt and fancy’s it up a bit.”

This outfit is perfect for just about anywhere. Tannis shared to us that this look is great for work. She states, “I’m fortunate to work at an office where style risks are generally praised and can get away with wearing sneakers regularly so this would fit in perfect at the office.”

“The more confident I am in my outfit, I know other people will feel the same. Who said you can’t wear all white, even if it’s not on at a yacht party? I like to switch up my style choices as often as possible, you’ll never know what I may show up in.” -Tannis
