Where are you from?

I’m originally from Newark, NJ, but we moved to Burlington Township a few years back.

How do you define your personal style? What or who are your some of your style inspirations?

My personal style is definitely fast. I like to get up and go, but I like those essentials (Plain tops, black jeans, or anything flared) that will are statement pieces.

Some of my style inspirations are Rihanna and the 90s (I love how my Aunts used to dress back in the day). I guess you can say that I love to wear bold prints as statement pieces. In addition, my pants require a little flare with designs. It’s definitely a layering kind of thing for me.

What are the essential pieces you must have in your closet?

I love a good pair of black pants! I have so many! Jeggings and ripped up jeans are essential!

Where do you shop?

I shop a little bit of everywhere, and I make my own clothes. Also, I love thrifting, cutting things up, and making them my own. That’s definitely my thing. Reduce, reuse, recycle! I don’t usually try to do fast fashion. In terms of essential items like a basic black pair of pants or leggings, I’ll do the fast fashion in stores like Forever21.

Describe your personal style in three words?

Quirky, playful, and classic.

Any fashion related tips?

Be yourself and be playful! That’s the best thing you can do. Anything is fashion today. If you make it your own, then it is your own. Everyone will love it! You just have to embrace it.
