Casual: Memorial Day

We celebrate Memorial Day to honor and remember the individuals that lost their lives while serving in the United States Armed Forces. For the majority of Americans, we spend this day attending various cookouts, drinking, and catching up on the many hours of sleep we missed during the work week.

On this day of celebration, we were fortunate enough to link up with Rodney, a twenty two year old college student from Philadelphia, PA. As a student attending California University of Pennsylvania, this fraternity boy is no stranger to attending outdoor activities with his friends and relatives, while maintaining his collegiate style.

“Style to me is being able to feel comfortable in your own skin regardless of what you are wearing. You don’t have to have name brands to have style, but simply make anything look good. That is what I consider style.”

“Since the season is now transitioning into summer I would wear this outfit out to work or a night gathering. The shoes make the outfit semi casual, which I could pull off in a professional setting or a nightclub.”

We definitely commend Rodney on his transitional look. His outfit is both comfortable and casual. Based on his attire, Rodney would have no problem meeting up with friends after attending numerous barbecues in the city.

“Floral shirts are amazingly bold and everyone can not pull this look off. I personally think different floral patterns look great and fit my style perfectly.”

Rodney’s sense of style can be credited by the various retail stores which inspire his versatile outfits and looks. For this look, he obtained his clothes from American Eagle, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Urban Outfitters.

Thank you Rodney for sharing your look with us. For more looks, you can follow Rodney on Twitter and Instagram @Rah2smoove
