This is the second Look of the Week for the month of August. We made sure to have another update for this section before the month was over.
With fall less than a month away, women are already pulling our their black clothes as the afternoons and evenings get cooler. If you take a look at the outfit shown above, the primary color is black. As a man, I typically stay away from wearing all black, because I don’t think it looks good on me. However, women are able to pull off black ensembles all the time. Let’s face it, black is slimming. So, with the right pair of pants, shoes, and top, black pieces can complete an entire outfit.
Lets take a look at each article separately. First, lets take a look at the wide brim black fedora. This fedora fascination has been around for a couple of years now. In 2013, the wide brim, suede fedora took many heads by storm; its soft, large, and can be worn during any season.
Next, we have the sheer top. Like the fedora, the sheer top was a must have item for 2013. For those they were able to maintain their beach bodies for the entire summer, this top is for you. Its thin enough to show off your body. However, it can be dressed up as well.
The eye catching parts of this outfit are found in the lower half. This includes the faux-leather panel leggings and the suede, platform wedge ankle shoe boots. Whether you’re ready to run some errands around town or meet up with friends for dinner, the leggings and wedge shoes offer both comfort and sophistication when wore with the right ensemble.
Finally, to add some color to this outfit, lets not forget about the brightly colored fringe scarf!
