Here at the UnregisterdStyle, we like to feature individuals that take fashion “risks” from time to time. Taking risks is what true fashion is all about. To be honest, half of the clothes people wear today wouldn’t be as successful if somebody didn’t take a risk or two, right?
For this post, we decided to feature an individual that loves taking risks. Meet Hanan, a nineteen year college student whose unique style has many spectators talking good and bad things about her. “My personal style is very cocky and different. I take risks and always try new things. I wear how I feel,” Hanan states.
Hanan is infatuated in combining different types of trends and styles from different eras into a single outfit. Below, she demonstrates how to incorporate a relaxed and hipster look with a level of class and sophistication.
Like most shoes, the classic ankle-strap heels were designed to compliment a variety of lower region sizes. These sizes include petite ankles, wide ankles, slim calves, curvy calves, short legs, long legs, and the list continues. With that being said, finding the perfect style show will help show of your flattering legs.
For example, Hanan is wearing a pair of nude, ankle strapped heels. The flesh color and open toed structure of the heels elongate Hanan’s overall leg height. Furthermore, the nude color are universally flattering for any size. They are known for enhancing leg shape in appearance. Since Hanan was able to pull these heels off successfully, she deserves a pat on the back.
“I selected this outfit because it was gloomy day. I wanted it to be cute and different. So, I added the heels to add a different dimension to my look.”
Overall, we love Hanan’s outfit! Its very casual but the heels add a level of sophistication to the entire look. In addition to her daring accomplishment, her entire outfit was purchased for a reasonable price as well. The olive vest was my vest was purchased from a thrift store, while her denim jeans were purchased from Wet Seal.
Hanan has a personal connection with her vest. She states, “This vest is the first clothing I have ever thrifted. I fell in love with it and this is what got me hooked on thrifting.“
Finally, the shoes purchased from a website entitled, www.gojane.com. “These shoes are my first pair of strappy heels I bought. I didn’t know if I would like them but I feel in love with them,” Hanan exclaims.
